1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Staytrade, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. The Staytrade Platform

Staytrade is a marketplace that connects creators with property owners. We facilitate introductions and provide a framework for collaboration, but we are not a party to any agreement between creators and property owners.

The 10/10/80 equity split is the standard framework for Staytrades, but specific terms may be negotiated between parties and documented in the Staytrade Agreement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Staytrade reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator on Staytrade, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your skills and experience
• Deliver agreed-upon work within the specified timeline
• Create and publish required content documenting your stay
• Respect the property and follow all house rules
• Communicate professionally with property owners

5. Property Owner Responsibilities

As a property owner on Staytrade, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and the business opportunity
• Ensure the property is safe, clean, and as described
• Provide the agreed-upon ad budget for the project
• Honor the 10/10/80 equity split for any revenue generated
• Communicate professionally with creators

6. Content Requirements

All Staytrades require creators to document their stay with a minimum of 5 social media posts and 1 property tour video. This content must tag both Staytrade and the property, and must be published during or within 7 days of the stay completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Staytrade is not liable for any disputes between creators and property owners, the quality of work delivered, property conditions, or any damages arising from the use of our platform. Users agree to resolve disputes directly with each other or through our optional mediation process.
