Creator Agreement

1. Eligibility

To participate as a creator on Staytrade, you must be at least 18 years old, have a verifiable portfolio of work, and be able to legally work in the location of the Staytrade. Staytrade reserves the right to verify your credentials and reject applications at our discretion.

2. The 10/10/80 Equity Split

For any business, product, or service that generates revenue as a result of your Staytrade work:

This equity split applies to net revenue after expenses. Equity is calculated and distributed quarterly through the Staytrade platform.

3. Deliverables

Before each Staytrade begins, you and the property owner will agree on specific deliverables. These may include:

• Landing pages and websites
• MVP applications
• Ad creative and campaigns
• Brand identity and design systems
• Content creation and strategy

4. Content Documentation

As part of every Staytrade, you are required to create and publish:

• Minimum 5 social media posts documenting your stay and work
• 1 property tour video (minimum 60 seconds)
• All content must tag @staytrade and the property

5. Intellectual Property

Work created during a Staytrade is owned by the entity formed or designated by the property owner, subject to the equity split. You retain the right to display the work in your portfolio and reference it in future applications.

6. Conduct

You agree to treat the property with respect, follow all house rules, maintain professional communication, and not engage in any illegal activities during your stay. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the Staytrade and removal from the platform.
