We're looking for premium, work-friendly properties — lofts, condos, penthouses, high-rises, or unique homes with great amenities. High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace are essential. Properties valued at $150+/night tend to attract the best talent.
Every creator on Staytrade is vetted by us personally. We review portfolios, check references, and only accept people with proven track records. You'll also see their full profile and past Staytrades before accepting any application.
Our agreements include clear deliverables and milestones. If there's a dispute, we mediate. Creators who fail to deliver are removed from the platform. Our reputation depends on both sides having great experiences.
The standard split is 80% to you (the property owner), 10% to the creator, and 10% to Staytrade. This is formalized in a simple agreement before each stay. The equity is in the specific business or project built during the stay.
